Fulfillment time: 2–5 business days
Delivery (U.S.): 7–10 business days after fulfillment
International: 10–20 business days depending on customs and regional carriers

RETURNS + REPLACEMENTS

Each item is made just for you, so we can’t accept standard returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll make it right — fast.

To request a replacement or refund, contact support@livecovah.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief note describing the issue, and clear photos of the product.
Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

WRONG ADDRESS OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If the shipping address provided was incorrect or the package was unclaimed, it will be returned to our fulfillment center.
We’re happy to reship after a corrected address is provided — additional shipping costs may apply.
